Jurnal Ecogen is a double-blind peer-reviewed journal published by the Department of Economic Education, Faculty of Economics and Business, Universitas Negeri Padang, West Sumatra, Indonesia.

FOCUS

Jurnal Ecogen focuses on the fields of economics and education.

SCOPE

Ecogen Journal accepts articles from academics that address theories, paradigms, concepts, academic research, as well as practices in education and economics. Submitted articles may cover the following general topics:

1. Economics Education: learning models, strategies, and innovations; instructional media and digital learning materials; curriculum development; assessment and evaluation of learning; and teacher professional development in economics.
2. Business and Entrepreneurship Education: entrepreneurship learning, student entrepreneurial intention and competency, and vocational and business education.
3. Accounting and Finance Education: accounting learning and curriculum, financial literacy and financial inclusion, and financial behavior of students and communities.
4. Educational Technology in Economics: e-learning, blended learning, interactive modules, learning analytics, and the use of AI in economics and business learning.
5. Economics, Business, and Management Studies: applied studies on economic behavior, business management, human resources, and local economic development that carry educational implications.
6. Office Administration Education: administrative competence, digital office skills, and workplace readiness.
7. Cooperative and Community Economy Studies: cooperative education, the social economy, and community empowerment.
